How the counts work
Each plan comes with a month of contacts, drafts, questions and Pursuits. The month starts over on the first. Nothing rolls over, and nothing is ever billed after the fact: when a seat reaches its number, the next click waits until someone buys more.
A contact counts when you add it and the service verifies the address. A draft counts when the Composer writes one. A Pursuit counts when you approve its first email. Reading, editing and reusing what is already there is free.

A bundle belongs to your organization and never expires. Any seat on the plan can spend it once its own month is used. The owner or an administrator buys from the Billing screen.
The trial
Fourteen days on The CRM + Composer + Pursuits, one seat, ten Pursuits. No card. It never turns into a paid plan on its own.
